在课堂开始时，通过学校图片展示及文化角内容，引导学生对open day的猜测和理解；

2.

通过图片猜词、单词变形、问答填空等形式，以旧带新引导学生对生词的学习；生词学习后，采用气球描述猜测本节课所学生词；

听读短文后，让学生采取合作讨论方式，完成学习任务清单知识点，并画出本文重要知识点内容；

4.

引导学生短文情景模拟，梳理出描述事件发生的先后顺序。

播放学校开放日活动图片，让学生感到亲近，并通过文化角知识，引导学生对

open day的理解。

导入主题环节，通过已学单词library、playground 两个地点名词，引入本节课即将学习的四个地点名词。

通过学校大门图片，引出旧词gate、

school。经过教师提示，引导学生学习并猜出生词school gate。
