Lesson 13: Ping-pong and Basketball教学设计

教材分析: 本课是冀教版小学英语一年级起点五年级下册第三单元第13课。本课主要学习几种有关运动类的词,让学生在感知、模仿、学习、体验的基础上逐步达到自然交流与真实运用语言的目的,感受学习英语的愉悦。

教学目标:

知识目标: 1、掌握四会单词:sport, basketball, football, ping-pong, hockey, any, think 2、

能灵活运用句型:What sports do you play? I play and . What’s your favourite sport? My favourite sport is . Do you have any ? Yes, I do.

No, I don’t. /I don’t think so.

能力目标:能运用所学词汇和句型表达有关体育运动方面的句子,利用探究式的学习方式,发展学生自主学习的能力。

情感目标:

让学生在英语课堂中不断体验成功,感受乐趣,树立自信心,培养学生热爱运动的情感。同时利用各种活动培养他们学习的积极性,合作性与实践性。

教学重点: 熟练地运用四会单词及句型,表达对体育运动的热爱。

教学难点:

让学生利用各种活动培养他们学习的积极性,合作性与实践性,使他们真正成为学习的主人。

教学方法:情景教学法,合作学习法等

教学过程:

I:Warm up T: 1. Good morning, boys and girls. 2. How are you? 3. Nice to meet you! S: Greetings! T: Welcome to be back English class. Are you happy? S: Yes! (通过礼貌用语,一方面是为了培养学生学习兴趣,另一方面活跃气氛,创造愉快和谐的学习氛围。)

II. Revision Let 4 students review the sentences about colour,food,clothes and seasons: What’s your favourite ? My favourite is .

(孩子们利用不同的方式去复习句型,一方面是为了培养学生学习英语的兴趣,另一方面为引出新课做铺垫。)

T: I like to play sports. My favourite sport is basketball .What’s the meaning “sport”? Who can tell me?

S:运动(板书sport) T: You are clever .What sports do you know? S1...S10 (play badminton/football/basketball, dance,swim ,run ,fly a kite, ride a bike……)

Today we study Lesson 13 Ping-pong and Basketball .Lead out the title(板书) III. Presentation

1.

Learn the key word “basketball”by showing a picture on the screen .spell,read and write it on the blackboard .Using the same way to learn football and ping-pong .

Let students look at pictures to lead out the sentences : What sports do you play? I play and . Teacher ask students the sentence, students answer it one by one. (通过美丽的图片,学生争着举手发言,不仅锻炼了学生的看图思维能力和口语表达能力,更体现了学生在情境创设下的参与性、主动性和积极性.)
