一、教学目标：

（一）知识与技能目标：

1. 能听懂、会说、认读和书写词汇：new, old, this is, these are. 2. 能理解并口头运用句子：This is a/an new/old______. These are new/old ______. Is it / Are they new/old? Yes/No. 3. 能唱本课歌曲。

（二）情感目标：乐于模仿，敢于开口。

（三）学习策略目标：注意倾听，积极思考。

二、教学重点： 1. 词汇：new, old 2. 句型：This is a/an new/old______. These are new/old ______. Is it / Are they new/old? Yes/No. 三、教学难点：熟练运用所学句型进行交际交流。

四、教学过程

I. Warming up

Greetings and review. What’s this? It’s a ____.

(shirt, T-shirt, skirt, sweater, pencil, eraser等)

What are these? These are______. (trousers, books, chairs, windows等）

II. New Concept

1.T: A new semester is beginning, I’m happy.

I’m wearing a new dress today. Look at my dress. This is a new dress. New, read it please. Do you have new clothes? Do you have a new pencil box or new school bag? (教师通过自己的穿着来引出新词汇new, 然后针对新学期开学，很多学生买了新文具等物，让学生从自己身边的实物谈起，更易激发他们开口说的欲望。）

S1: I have a new eraser. T: This is a new eraser. I like it. S2: I have a new shirt. T: This is a new shirt. It's nice. T: These are new books. (教师如此反复示范几组后，引导学生运用自己身边的东西或教师提供的图片进行自主表述。）

T:(出示一件旧的东西）

Is it new? No, it’s old. Old, read it please.

T: This is an old chair. These are old doors. (让学生观察，只有一个的情况下old 前面要用an .)

方法同上，学生自主表述含有old 的句型。同时观看第一部分教学光盘，follow to read. 2. Let’s do it. (part 2)

3. Have a race:教师出示对比性的图片，学生分两队运用所学句型抢答，答对的多者即获胜。

如：This is a big dog. This is a small dog. He is tall. She is short. This is a long pencil. This is a short pencil He is fat. He is thin. These are old desks. These are new desks. This is the left hand. This is the right hand. 4. T: Today Jenny and Kim are beautiful. What are they wearing? Let's have a look. 观看第三部分教学光盘，思考：What is Jenny/Kim wearing? Answer the questions. Watch again, follow to read, think: Is the skirt new? Why? Are the trousers new？

Answer the questions： Yes, it’s new. No, it’s old.

T: When Kim says: I like your skirt. How does Jenny answer? " Thanks! "(教师介绍中西方人在对待他人赞美时的不同反应） 5. Let's chant!（part 4) III. Practice

1.分角色读第三部分。

2.翻牌游戏：两人一组，拿出事先准备好的画有新旧不同东西的卡片，把卡片扣住，甲问：

乙答： Yes, it's new/old. No, it's new/old. 1.Group work: 学生自编对话，运用所学句型谈论身边的新旧东西。

(教师可提供“脚手架”，降低难度。) 如：A: I like your ______. It’s/They’re nice./beautiful.

B: Thanks. A: Is it/ Are they new/old? B: Yes/No. It’s/They are ___________.

Look at your _____. It’s / They’re _____.
