Unit3 On Vacation

第二课时

一、教学目标

1. 知识目标:学会Story的对话。

2. 能力目标:通过小组合作学习进一步提高课文知识的掌握程度,通过游戏复习上节所学内容,并且通过提问引出学习知识。

3.情感态度目标:培养学生敢于开口说英语的能力,让学生学会对假期设定计划及安排。

二、教学重点、难点

1、教学重点:理解Story的对话, 能够正确地朗读课文并进行表演。

2、教学难点:the great wall of China, do tai chi.

PPT 单词卡片

四、教学过程

Step 1 Warm up

1. Songs. “What are you going to do?”

(设计意图:通过song 来调节学生的情绪,活跃课堂气氛,营造轻松的学习氛围)

2. Review.( 快速读单词卡片)

3. PPT呈现图片,通过问答复习句型。

Step 2 Lead -in and presentation

1、lead in

(Using a hat and a bag to lead in: It's on vacation.)

Show a picture of the Great of China, I’m going to have a vacation.

2 、Presentation

①Listen and look

②Then learn new words: the Great wall of China, do tai chi.

③Free talk: What are you going to do during your vacation?

S1:… S2:…

④T play the video . Google is going to have a vacation too .

Have students answer questions :

(让学生有意识的看动画)

What is Gogo going to do during the vacation ?

What is Gogo going to do there ?

⑤Students read after the tape. Then answer the question:

What is jenny going to do during the vacation?

What is jenny going to do with her friends?

⑥Number the pictures and words card.

(设计意图:按照story的顺序,让学生把相应的动词短语贴到黑板上,帮助学生理顺思路,为复述故事做好铺垫。)

Step 3 Practice

1.Watch the radio again.

(设计意图:再次播放课文动画学生跟读,输入纯正的语音素材,培养学生的英语语感。)

2. Role play in groups. (培养学生的朗读能力)

3. 小组上台分角色表演故事,全班投票选出最佳表演组。

(设计意图:通过模仿表演活动,培养学生自主合作学习的能力。) Step 4 Consolidation

呈现Target对话, 对本节课的重点句型进行回顾

根据板书内容,复述故事。

(设计意图:在教师的引导和提示下,复述故事,能够提高学生的课堂活动参与率,让每个学生都有机会开口说英语。)

Step 5 Summary

先让学生在小组内小结,然后全班一起朗读板书内容.

Step 6 Homework

1. 熟读本课story

2. 完成补充小作文。
