教案(第一课时)

教材内容简介:

Ant’s hamster, Pickles, escapes and Ant looks all round the house to find him. Finally he finds him in the drawer. 教学目标:

1、能够理解并认读here, on the run. 2、能够掌握重点句型:(1)...... is not in here . (2)...... is on the run . 3、帮助孩子建构精神,培养多元智能。

教学重难点:

1、能够自主阅读并理解故事含义。

2、能够用英语表述物体的位置。

3、关注孩子的情感体验和对多元文化的感知和认同。

教具准备:

1、课内阅读材料Hamster on the run。

2、PPT课件

3、人物头像和卡片。

教学过程:

Part A: Greeting and warming up 1、Greeting. Hello, Children.

Hello , Katharine. How are you ?

-------I’m good./great/wonderful...... Are you ready for class ?

Class begins. Good morning ,children--------Good morning Katharine. Turn back and say “Good morning” to teachers . Come back, children . thank you .

2、Play a game : Hide and seek

Do you like playing games ? Really, let’s play a game together ,first. The game is ------Hide and seek (PPT) Now ,the rules for you : 1、One child come here ,and his or her eyes will be covered. 2、Another child will hide in the classroom quickly. At the same time other children say ‘who is on the run’

(拿着on the run的词卡带着孩子说,并贴在黑板上)five times.for example, I hide .you will say ,Katharine is on the run five times.ok ? But then others will keep the secret. 3、Then the seeker will find the hider in ten seconds . Do you understand the rules ? Here we go ! First, choose one child to be a seeker. .... please. Cover your eyes and stand here. ......hide. Say together ..... is on the run .(5次)

对着seeker, Are you ready ? Let’s count backwards. 10,9,8....1 Congratulations! You two can get stickers . Sorry,thank you !But you to also can get stickers.

1、Picture walk

(1)Guess what pet is Pickles.

Look, our friend Ant is playing ‘Hide and Seek’ game with his pet Pickles. Pickles is the name of Ant’s pet.(带读两遍) Can you guess what pet is Pickles ?

Maybe Pickles is a ...... (A sticker is for you.)

(3个stickers) I think the big animal can not to be a pet . The pet will be small and cute, and will keep at home .(做出房子的手势) Thanks for your guessing. Ant will show Pickles for us . Let’s follow Ant . (2)

Show every room. Where does Ant look for Pickles first ?------Bedroom.

In the bedroom ,I can see a red lamp, a part of green desk, a brown nightstand.

What else can you see ?

------ I can see a cage .

就一个学生接着追问,如回答

Can you guess the cage is for who ?

不出接下来的why,可以换个孩子,

-----Maybe it is for Hamster /mouse/rat

但之前的孩子也要给sticker

Look ,which room ?---It’s a bathroom .

What do you see in the bathroom ?---I can see a... We can see many things in the bathroom . Does Ant find Pickles ? So What does Ant say ?Do you want to try ? ------Pickles is not in here .(找两个孩子尝试说) Right,He is not in here.

(找两三个孩子读出Ant的话) Then,

Yes,it’s a kitchen. You are very smart !

What other things do you see in the kitchen ?(说两样物品) Does Ant find pickles ?----No

So what does Ant say ?------He is not in here .(再找两个孩子读) Then Pickles is on the run . (6)

Ant goes to the bedroom, to the bathroom, to the living room, and to the kitchen .He can’t find Pickles .So Ant goes back to the bedroom .

Look at Ant ,where does Ant look for ?----- Under the bed .

Is Pickles under the bed ?---- No What does Ant say ?------ He is not in here.

And then.. together Pickles is on the run. In fact .I’m sure Pickles is in the bedroom.Can you guess where Pickles is ? Please talk in your group.(让孩子明白小组讨论)。

Which group try to guess ?---I think Pickles is .... Thanks for your guessing .Let me show you where Pickles is . Where is Pickles ?(出示drawer)----He is in the drawer.(教读)

And what animal is Pickles ?---Hamster.
