二.教学过程

Step 1. Warming up

1.Free talk.

T: Good morning,boys and girls.

Ss: Good morning, Carina.

T: Do you like going hiking?

Ss: Yes.

(以去远足为线索,告诉孩子们森林中有一个秘密,我们一起去探索吧。)

Step2. Revision.

Task 1: Bomb game.

Task 2: Snowball game.

(用两个游戏复习旧知识,承上启下,达到自然过渡到新知识的目的) 1.Talk about Mike’s family

Step3: New learning.

1. Look at the picture.

T: Who lives in the forest?

What is his hobby?

Ss read the story.

2. Teacher gives them some questions.

Ss try to find the answers and try to remember the new knowledge. T: What do the squirrals give the Monkey king?

What does the Monkey king give the squirrals?

What is the Monkey king’s bobby?

Does he like Zac’s music?

3. Fill in the blanks.

To be the best story teller.

4. T: Let’s try to fill in the table , OK?根据表格说一遍。

5. Read the whole text together.

6. Try to retell the text according to the writing. Finish it in groups.(4人一组,合作完成)

7. Act it out.

8. Let’s check.

Step4. Consolidation

1.Tell them about Thanksgiving Day.
