What happened to your head? 教学目标:
1.语言知识目标:
能够在本课设定的情景下听懂并说出有关的单词happened, thirsty, watermelon, carried和词组:fell off

在日常生活中,要避免发生事故,多加小心,学会保护自己。

教学过程:
Step 1.
Greeting. Step 2.
Lead in. Activity 1: T:Last lesson, we have learnt what`s the matter?----I lost my key. Now look at this word, happen----happened(教师领读单词) what`s the matter? means
What happened to you ? So,we can ask : What happened to Daming`s mum?
Ss回答
She lost her key. (教师领读句子然后引出本课题目。)
Activity 2: T: Look at this picture, What happened to the man? S: He had a headache. T:What happened to the boy? S: He had a cold. T: What happened to the bear? First, let`s listen and find the answer. (此后一分钟学生观看视频) T: What happened to the bear?
Who can answer? S:He fell off the tree.
(教师边板书边领读fell off )
Step 3. Presentation &practice
Activity 1: T: First,let`s read quickly and circle the newwords. (此后2分钟,学生读课文圈生词。) T: OK. Who can have a try? Ss: watermelon
