Use formulaic expressions to express apology or show concern for others. ( I’m sorry. Are you OK?) 6. Identifying the pronunciation of the letter ”ll” in words. (small ,tall, wall) Language skills: Listening: 1. Identifying the key words by listening to pronunciation.

Pre-task preparation

1.Repeat and spell the words.

2. Introduce the toys to the class.

3. Make a robot

Put the wall picture on the blackboard. Have the students say the rhyme on page 15 of student’s Book .

Show the flashcards for the words of the toys the students have learnt. Have them read and spell tge words, then ask questions about the toys.

Show the flashcards for ‘Look and learn’

on page 18 of the student’s book. Ask them to repeat and spell the words after you.

Bring some toys to the class and show them to the students one by one. Then have some students pick one toy at a time and introduce the toys to the class.

Have the students look at the pictures in ‘play games’

on page 19 of the Student Book. Take out the things which will be used to make a robot and explain how to
