Unit 5 Animals

一、

教材分析

本单元是《新蕾出版社》出版的快乐英语第一册的第五单元，学生通过本单元学习，能够在设计的情景条件下听懂并接受教师的指令。听懂、会说、认读词汇chick，puppy, kitten, bird, fish.听懂、会说句子I want a puppy.能够正确、灵活地运用词汇和句子。学生能够懂歌谣chant和歌曲song的大意，跟随录音模仿说和唱，并且有表情、动作地表演出来。Listen practice要求学生能够听懂单词和句型，并完成听力练习，学会听关键词，体会到学习英语的快乐和成功。通过本单元学习，学生能够用Give me a pencil, please. Here’s a pencil. 的句型和所学词汇进行简单交流。培养学生能够积极主动的运用多种感官参与课堂教学的各项活动。能够在学习和课堂活动中表现出一定的参与能力。激发英语学习的热情，培养更加稳定的学习兴趣。喜欢上英语课，愿意参加英语活动,能根据教师的语言做动作,能根据录音内容模仿说唱,能进行最简单的日常会话，打招呼,能按教师简单指令做游戏。

二、学习者分析

热爱小动物，几乎使每个孩子的天性。针对学生的特点，制定发展性学习目标：1．通过各种活动，激发和培养学生对英语的兴趣。2．培养学生从小喜爱动物，对动物有爱心并树立保护动物的意识。3．培养学生的同伴合作意识。

4．渗透利用网络自主学习的先进的学习观念。他们喜欢直观形象思维，对游戏、竞赛、画画特别感兴趣。因此，在设计课堂教学活动时一定要根据学生的情况，采用灵活多样的教学方法来吸引学生的注意，努力营造玩中学、学中玩的教学情境。课堂上尽量以鼓励表扬为主，鼓励学生开口说英语、特别是给差生创造机会，让他们尝试成功的喜悦。

教学内容： Unit 5 lesson 1 一、教学目标

能够在本单元设计的情景条件下听懂并接受指令。New Vocabulary: chick，puppy, kitten, bird, fish.听懂、会说、在句子I want a puppy.中正确认读、会用。通过小组活动等形式，请学生学习表达自己想要的小宠物。培养学生能够积极主动的运用多种感官参与课堂教学的各项活动。能够在学习和课堂活动中表现出一定的参与能力。激发英语学习的热情，培养更加稳定的学习兴趣。

二、教学重难点

1.教学重点：学生能够在情境下听懂老师的指令，听懂、会说、认读单词chick，puppy, kitten, bird, fish.听懂、会说句型I want a puppy. 2.教学难点：认读单词chick，puppy, kitten, bird, fish.运用本课所学提出请求。

学生活动：

统一观看视听材料。

T: You are welcome. 【设计意图】通过趣味动物视频实物引出本课词汇，利用评价卡片引出本课句型句型" I want a puppy.",通过实物加强对词汇的记忆。帮助学生通过形象记忆5个动物词汇，加深学生对新单词的理解和记忆，活跃课堂气氛。

2.Read the new words by following the tape ,sit in group by meet group members and show each other the cards.比一比谁举的又快又准，谁读的发音最标准。

【设计意图】学习新单词以听录音跟读入手，遵循学生的认知习惯。并且将学生分成小组，面对面以最快的速度举起单词卡片，学生以小组学习的方式，既能互相检查举卡片是否正确，有能互相督促，一起竞赛，活跃了课堂气氛，实现高效教学，通过生生之间的合作，比较，取长补短，发挥特长，发扬共同进取的精神。

3.Order your cards T：Now take out your cards.put your card on the desk one by one. Teacher read words in order twice one word，the students put their own cards in this order.The students should sit in group. 【设计意图】通过这项活动做听音找图的基础练习，从听入手，以小组为单位进行活动，激起学生兴趣，锻炼学生的反应能力，利用图片的形象记忆，加深对单词的记忆。

4.Let's have a talk. T：Which one do you want? S: I want a puppy. Have several students to do the practice. 【设计意图】通过谈论喜爱的动物，对新单词和句型的扩展练习，锻炼学生的观察能力及口语表达能力，。

5.Oral practice Send cards. 请学生自己画一些水果、文具、动物的小卡片，互赠。

通过提出请求的活动，理解歌谣的大意，并能跟随录音说韵句，并巩固所学单词和句型。能够通过课堂游戏活动，进行有关话题的听说读技能训练。激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养观察学生的认真观察和仔细思考的习惯。学科融合，肢体语言的应用，通过复习本单元的词汇，学习韵句，将知识加以疏理，培养学生综合运用知识的能力。能够用简单的语言表达想要的宠物。培养学生能够积极主动的运用多种感官参与课堂教学的各项活动。学生能够在优美的节奏中，感悟单词的发音，感受英语的韵律美，培养学生英语学习的兴趣。

1.教学重点：学生能够理解歌谣的大意，并能跟随录音说韵句，加深对所学词汇的记忆，熟练的将词与图连在一起。

2.教学难点：会用Give me a pencil, please.

2.warming up Review the words. （二） Presentation. 1.Who's faster The whole class read the words which the teacher shows them,two students pat the picture which they heard on the blackboard.Who's faster,who win. T:I'll ask two students to come to the front. And others read the words on the card. 【设计意图】在学习chant前做单词游戏，通过快速反应的游戏，既锻炼了全班同学对单词的认读能力，又锻炼了同学的反应能力以及对单词的掌握程度。巩固上节课所学单词，达到练习单词的认读的和听音找图的目标。为chant的学习做好铺垫。

2.Guessing game. 通过播放动物的叫声，请学生猜一猜是哪种动物，并找到相应的单词。

【设计意图】通过游戏环节的环节，在自然的情境下引出chant中的句子，达到口语交际的目标，使学生更好地理解chant大意，并将其中句式运用到实际生活中，达到活学活用的目的。

3.Learn chant listen to the tape and point to each word. Play the tape for the whole rhyme and have children listen and point to the words and the matching pictures on the page. Play the tape again and have children join in, encouraging them to hum or clap with the rhythm. Follow the teacher and do actions.Say the chant in pairs. 能够理解歌曲的大意，并能跟随录音唱歌曲，并巩固所学单词和句型。能够通过课堂游戏活动，进行有关话题的听说读技能训练。通过任务型教学方式，以及情景教学，听说表演等教学方法，帮助学生掌握教学内容，借助教学媒体拓展本单元所学知识，能够在本单元设计的情景条件下, 培养学生能够积极主动的运用多种感官参与课堂教学的各项活动。能够感受优美的歌曲，体会学习英语的乐趣。

二、教学重难点

1.教学重点：学生能够理解歌曲的大意，并能跟随录音唱歌曲，加深对所学词汇的记忆. 2.教学难点：能够表达想要的宠物。

二、教学重难点

1.教学重点：复习本单元词汇和句型。

2.教学难点：能够运用本单元所学自然地进行简单的口语表达及交流。
