Teaching procedures Stage1 Revision step 1 Play a game---catching the ballon to review the food, step 2 Talk about the reason why they want to hold the food festival. (teach new word “kind-hearted”)

Stage 3 While-listening step1 Look at 1b and predict. step 2 listen to 1a and complete1b. step 3 Ask some students to check the answers. step 4 Read 1a together after the tape. step 5 Choose two leaders to act 1a in roles. One is a boy, and all boys read after him. The other is a girl, and all girls read after her. step 6 Act la in pars. Stage 4 Post-listening step1 Work in groups.
