一、教学内容：Unit 5 My Favorite Activities（第二课时）

二、教学目标：

知识与技能：1、Story对话。2、在情境和整体的语篇材料中，理解目标句型，并能从中获取信息，从而理解语篇。

过程与方法：以“言语交际为中心”，借助多媒体提供的多种资源，以听、读情境对话和故事为突破口。

情感态度和价值观：1、通过学习，树立学生学习英语的信心和提高用英语会话的兴趣。2、帮助学生树立良好兴趣或爱好的观念。

三、教学重点：Story的对话。

四、教学难点：能熟练地运用once , twice , three times 等频率词描述自己或他人的爱好。

五、教学准备：PPT 六、教学过程：

I. Warm-up 1.Song：How often do you go hiking? II. Presentation 1.T： I like running .Let me guess what your favorite activity is . （引入、学习、运用句型Ice-skating is your favorite activity.板书）

T: Look , who are they ? What is Jenny doing ? What is Jenny reading about ? How often does Jenny go hiking ? How often does Gogo go ice-skating ?

Let's watch the video. 2.

Students read after the teacher. Then have students answer the question: 3. Students open the book and read together. 4. Students role play in pairs, then role play together. III. Practice 1 1.Ask the Ss to look at the pictures first. 2.Ask the Ss to use“I go…… once/twice a week/month” to tell about each picture. 3.Listen to the tape. 4.Check the answers. IV. Practice 2 1.T：How often do you go ice-skating?（引导学生回答）
