一、教学目标:1. 学习新单词time , o’clock , eleven , twelve .

2. 学会运用十二个数词表达和询问整点时间:

Step 1. Warming up

1. Sing the song .

2. Ss ask some questions they want to the T.

Step 2. Presentations and practice

1.Show a clock to teach the new word---time

(What can the clock do? It can tell us the time.)

2.Review the numbers 1-10. (Ss look at the clock and count the numbers from 1 to 10.)

3.Teach the new words: eleven, twelve, o’clock.

4.A card game.

5.New sentence pattern: What time is it? It’s … o’clock.

6.Practice the sentence pattern. (Ask and answer)

7.A guessing game.

8. New sentence pattern: Is it … o’clock? Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t.
