教学内容：Unit 7

She looks tall and thin

The second period of Unit7 in Grade Five.

教材简析：

本课是陕旅版小学英语五年级上册英语课本第七单元第二课时的内容。本单元学习和谈论的话题是有关人物特征的描述。本单元的功能结构是学习如何描述人物特征。第二课时以Part A中的Let’s talk部分内容为主。要求学生能听懂会用重点句型描述人物特征，能在教师的引导下完成部分练习。

设计理念：

依据英语课程的总体目标，文本特点和学生的认知水平，结合英语课堂提倡采用既强调学习过程又利于提高学习效率的教学途径和方法，课堂中尽可能的创造让学生在真实语境运用语言的机会，我把这节课的对话教学进行有机整合，围绕人物特征的总话题，设计熟悉人物引入路线，板书设计为句型引领，为复述巩固做铺垫。通过听、说、读、玩、演

、写的训练，利用多媒体，采用直观教学法、视听法、演示法，听说法等激发学生学习英语的兴趣，引导学生通过体验、实践、参与、探究和合作等方式，提高学生的听说读写能力，增强学生的求知欲，让学生在学习中发现语言规律，在轻松愉快的气氛中掌握语言知识和技能，形成语言综合运用能力。

教学目标(Teaching Aims)

知识与技能目标

(1) Be able to listen, say and use the sentences:

She comes from…She speaks…She looks…and…She likes sports.

She can run very fast. (2) Be able to train the abilities of using the sentences, and talk about the sentences with others.

(3) Ss can complete Part C Let’s say .

2. 过程与方法目标

(1) Ss can listen, say and use the sentences by yourselves. (2) Ss can talk about “Do you know the girl ” in groups. (3) Ss can communicate the words and sentences with others. Give more chance to develop their comprehensive abilities. 3.

情感态度与价值观目标

(1) Teach the Ss to learn and discuss different people’s character, train the sense of competition in the match. (2) Make up some new circumstances to arouse the Ss are interested in English, work hard to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of Ss. 教学重点（Teaching key points ）

Teaching process(教学过程)

Step1. 设计情景，激趣导疑

Greetings and organizations.

（在学生的疑惑中，老师用Kitty的图片出示引导，调动起学生英语学习的趣味性与积极性,引导学生复习以前学过的介词tall, thin, ...）

Step2. 明确要求，任务引导

Look and talk.

(学生对于直观的图片很感兴趣，在趣味盎然的看和说中，润物细无声的引入了对话的学习，既调动了学生学习的积极性，又起到了化难为易的作用。可采用句调的升降变化来反复读,从而掌握这两个较难读的重点句。) 2.

Listen and think. Q1. Where does Kitty come from? Q2. Can she speak Chinese?

Q3. What is she like?(她长得怎么样?)

3. Listen, circle and answer.

3. Listen and repeat the new words. （播放对话朗读，第一遍让学生认真听并思考，第二遍听，圈化并回答问题，第三遍学生跟读，锻炼学生的听﹑读能力。）

本课教学学生学习兴趣较浓，能在轻松愉悦的环境中接受知识，我在轻松自然的环境中完成了教学任务。但这节课还存在一些不足，没有将对话内容融入学生生活情景，在学习对话时没有更好的引导学生理解语言环境，缺乏对学生自由交流能力的培养。课堂中学生的主体地位没有真正体现，总害怕学生学不会，撒不开手，忽视了学生学习的主动性。和学生互动自己缺少激情，鼓励性语言没有有效应用。在今后教学中我会及时反思总结，不断积累！好的方面继续发扬，不足之处及时改进，让自己在反思中不断成长！
