Lesson 13 At School 教材分析:
冀教版小学英语教材以单元为基本单位,每册4个单元各包括6篇课文, 单元内容编写以话题为中心,交际功能为主线,最终目的是提高学生语言运用能力。本课Lesson 13 At School,主要以学校为线索展开学习校园的公共场所的名称,比如library,classroom等词汇,其中也穿插了咱们平时所遇到的“问路”的问题,引出了礼貌用语Excuse me,以及教孩子用英语怎样问路的话题展开的教学。
学情分析
我所带的班级是四年级(1)(2)(3)班,对于四年级的孩子而言对于英语的学习已经有了一年的学习基础,但是在我接班的这两个月中发现,孩子对于英语的学习存在很多问题,比如:一般疑问句的升调,个别单词的发音,词汇量的积累较少,口语差等;还有许多后进生存在对英语的学习还没有入门,好学生对于英语的学习也是浅尝辄止,只限于课本。小学英语教师所带班级较少,但是学生人数较多,对于后进生的转化,优秀生的培养也是制约英语学习的因素之一。
教学目标:
1. 知识与技能目标:
(1) 学生能听懂、会说、认读和书写下列词汇:school, classroom, library, playground, where (2) 学生能听懂、会说下列句子:Where’s the computer room? I can show you. 2. 情感目标:
乐于开口用英语交流

能运用词汇和句子进行情境交流。
教学过程: Step1:Greeting

Enjoy an English song《Our school will shine today》. Step3: T: This unit we will learn about the school. What’s in the school? Show some pictures. T: What’s this?
Ss: School.
T: This is our school. It’s great! (show PPT) T: Let’s spell it. S-C-H-O-O-L, school. We like our school. It’s big. It’s clean. It’s great.
T: We can read a book here. Look! Library. (show PPT)
T: What can we do in the library? Ss: We read a book in the library.
T: Where can we play basketball? Ss: Playground. Yes, we play basketball on the playground. We play games on the playground.
Then teach computer room, classroom, like above. Step4.Play a game
“Guess and Say”
Step5.Write the new words twice on the paper. Step6. Play a game
“What’s Missing?”
Step7.Do exercise:introduce one of places in our school.
