能力目标：学会利用信息介绍自己的姓名、年龄和生日信息。

能听懂、会说新单词Children’s Day、mouth、January……December等。

能运用句型“When’s……?” “It’s on the……”谈论日期。

能掌握日期的表达方法。

能了解国内外一些重大节日的小知识。

2学情分析

本课为湖南少年儿童出版社五年级下册的第五单元的第一课时。

语言功能：谈论日期及部分节假日。

语言结构：

When is your birthday? It is on the fifth of March. Children’s Day is on the first of June.

3重点难点

教学重点：掌握A部分的句型，B部分的单词。

教学难点：流利地按顺序说出12个月份的名称，灵活地运用句型“When’s ……”、“It’s on the……”谈论日期。
