2. To read the dialogue proficiently and try to write a little passage about their family. 教学难点：The pronunciation of the words “grandmother, grandfather, welcome”.

Through a family photo, students can understand the words “father, mother, grandfather, grandmother”, and “Welcome

to my home.”

Today we’ll learn Unit 1. ( Show today’s title “Welcome to our home!”)

（1）Show some pictures, encourage students to introduce using “This is my mother. She is beautiful/tall/thin…

This is my father. He is tall/strong/clever…”, and ask the students to pay attention to the spelling of “mother, father”

（2）Encourage students to spell and read “grandfather, grandmother ” . Pay attention to the pronunciation

of “grand [grænd]”.

Listen and answer “____ is Xiao Hui’s new friend.”
