教材分析

本课是三年级起点六年级下册第五模块第一单元的内容,主要是复习现在进行时态,重点阐述某人在做某件事时,突然受到另外的事情影响和干扰的表达形式。

学情分析

本课的教学对象是六年级学生,他们已经具备了一些英语学习技能,有了一定的英语知识储备,养成了一定的英语自主学习能力;因而,在教授新课时一方面通过回忆巩固旧知来激发调动他们的学习热情,另一方面营造宽松愉悦的英语学习氛围,让每个学生积极参与,大胆发言,培养学习积极的情感态度和自主学习的能力。

教学目标

1、知识与技能

(1)词汇:会听、说、读、写单词play、time、third、bark,loudly. (2)理解have a birthday party、come in、the third time、start to do (3)掌握语句Daming is playing the suona ,but the phone rings;Daming is playing the suona again, but the bell rings.会用所学句型描述“当某人正在做某事的时候,另一件事情突然发生将其打断”。

(4)培养学生的听、说能力以及能用所学的语言描述图片。

2、情感态度与价值观

通过丰富的课堂活动,让学生对学习英语产生浓厚的兴趣,学生敢于、乐于、善于开口说英语,积极参与交流,树立学习英语的信心。

教学重、难点

1、重点:使学生掌握“Daming is playing the suona, but the phone rings.”“Daming

is playing the suona again, but the bell rings.”和“Daming is playing the suona for the third time , but the dog starts to bark very loudly .”句型以及”but”的用法。

2、难点:能够准确运用”but”这个词进行描述和交流。

[设计意图:通过游戏激发学生的学习热情,吸引学生的注意力的同时,也复习了在乐器前面用“the”以及现在进行时态。最后用一个问句“Can you play the suona?”引出课题。】

3.Learn the main sentences. (1)Listen to the text again, and answer the question. (2)Show the picture and ask "What is Daming doing but what happens?" S1:...(板书句子)
