Unit 2 Vacation Plans教学设计

一、

设计理念

本节课是广东版《开心英语》五年级下册Unit 2 Vacation Plans中的第二课时Vocabulary &Target教学。本节课以教师旅游计划作为线索，引出新的词汇与句型。通过多媒体教学，创设真实的语言环境，激发学生的学习兴趣，通过小组合作的形式进行单词和句型教学。

二、教学目标

1.能够熟悉和掌握乘坐交通工具的表达“by…”

2.能够掌握有关假期旅游的活动（go camping, go sightseeing）以及旅游住处(stay in a hotel, stay with my aunt and uncle) 3.能够运用所学的单词和句型写一写自己的假期计划。

4.在学习中了解旅游的好处。

教学重难点

1.

学会如何表达乘坐某种交通工具。

2.

将所学的单词和句型设计自己的假期计划。

四、教学步骤

Step 1: Warm up

1.

Greeting.

2.

Free talk.

3.

Story acting.

Step 2: Presentation

1.

Finish the thinking map. (Show out the transports) 2.

Sum up the phrases about transports.

3.

Play a game: Missing words. (Practice the phrases) 4.

Using the phrases to make conversation. (in pairs) 5.

Have some pairs show the conversation.

Step 3: Practice

1.

Introduce two children’s vacation plan. By listening to catch the key words and try to learn the new phrases.

2.

Group work: make a survey ( By using the key phrases)

3.

Show time: Do a report. Step 4；

Extension 1.

Show some pictures about traveling.

2.

Tell students that: Traveling is as eye-opening as reading.
