教学目标：

1、知识目标：通过阅读趣味故事复习巩固本单元所学句型能让学生运用This/That is …。

2、能力目标：能在语言图片的帮助下理解故事内容并能恰当运用故事语言会唱Let’s sing 的歌曲；能听懂 Story time 的 内容。

3.情感目标：感受学校的漂亮与温馨培养学生热爱学生的情感

。

教具准备：多媒体、单词卡片。

教学重点：掌握两个重点句子“This is the library. That is the playground.”的正确书写。

教学难点：学生能表演故事并在实际情景中运用所学语言。

教学过程：

Step 1 Preparation Hello,boys and girls! Today we will have a funny class and there are four groups. If you do well, you can get a mark .come on ! 教师播放歌曲《My school》 answer the question:What is the song about? Talk about John’s school like this :Is that the ...?Yes,it is /No.it isn’t.

Step 2 presentation 1.

通过看文本图，听对话让学生感知文本。出示课本情境图问：Who are they?Guess!Watch and find :Where are they?They are in the hippo’s school. 2.

(1)Read the picture 2、3、4、5 and circle:Where do they visit in hippo’s school？

(2）通过看故事视频抓住故事的主线索---动物们共同参观的五个科室：Library,gym,music room,lunch room,computer room。

(3）Watch and answer:看第四幅图视频并回答Is that the lunch room? Yes or no. （4）Read the picture and find :(学生读第五幅图内容并找出)Is that the computer room?所学读第５福图内容回答Ｎｏ，教师问Ｈow does the hippo answer?河马是怎样回答的？No,it’s not.What’s meaning ?学生说出意思。教师引导学生说出It means:No,it isn’t.渗透O的发音。学生开火车读。让学生根据视频猜测No,It’s not=No,it isn’t. （5）Watch the picture 6 and find :What does the hippo say ?通过看第六幅图回答参观完教师办公室后河马说了什么。It’s time for lunch!

通过语音迁移字母i-e发音，学生试读出time. 3.

Read the whole story and think it over:Where is zoom? Watch and find :Where is Zip?Zoom is in the ?A.lunch room B.art room How do you know?In picture 6:Zoomsays:I am full!Full?What’s the meaning？

Ss:饱了。Zoom is funny.what do you want to tell Zoom?Eat enough food in the morning,or you’ll be hungry before lunch！That’s what I want to tell you .
