【教学目标】
知识目标:掌握并运用单词:hide-and-seek, wear, raincoat, dress, T-shirt, hat, skirt, coat, sweater, theatre.学生能听懂会说Why are you wearing a hat ? Because it`s going to be sunny.等句型并能在实际情景中运用。
技能目标:能正确、流利地朗读课文。能够正确运用“why...?”询问事情,并用because来表达原因。
情感目标:激发学习英语的动机,培养学生解决问题的精神及学会关心他人。

难点:
恰当准确的使用because 回答别人有关原因的提问并正确使用句子的时态。

Step 1: Warm up(热身运动)

2. 播放歌曲:Why, why, why …?师生边打节拍边跟唱。
3. 出示图片,复习问答:Why …? Because …Step 2: Presentation (新课呈现)
Activity 1 Look, listen and say. 1. 出示图片,猜一猜:Why are they here? 带读hide-and-seek. 2. 播放动画,生跟读模仿。
3. 角色扮演,练习问答。
Activity 2 Listen and read. 1.出示天气图片:It is going to rain. What will you wear? I will wear a raincoat. 2.出示单词及图片rain + coat,帮助学生记忆raincoat 的拼写。
3.出示衣物与天气,学生试着连一连。
4. 练习说话:It is going to be __________.
