My Favourite Season 第一课时教学设计

【教学内容】

Part A

Let’s learn & Read and match

【教学目标】

1、知识目标:

(1)、能听、说、读、写重点词汇。如:season,spring,summer,autumn,winter等。

(2)、能正确听、说、读“—Which season do you like best?—I like…best.”,并运用其表达交流喜欢的季节。

2、技能目标:

(1)、能够就所喜欢的季节及原因进行问答,形成良好的语言交际能力。

(2)、能够在语境中理解生词season,spring,summer,autumn,winter并能正确地书写。

3、情感目标:

(1)、激发学生的英语学习兴趣,培养良好的英语学习习惯。

(2)、了解一年四季,培养学生热爱大自然。

【教学重点】

1、词汇:能够听说读写五个关于季节的单词:spring, summer, autumn, winter, season。

2、句型:能够在实际交流中询问他人最喜爱的季节“Which season do you like best?”并对其进行回答。

【教学难点】

1、引导学生准确自如地用句型:“Which season do you like best ?…I

can…”回答自己最喜欢的季节及其原因。

2、理解Read and match 中的意思并连线。

3、学生能够就“My favourite season”这一话题进行交流对话。

【教学过程】

Step 1:warm-up 1、Greeting.师生用英语互相问候。

2、Magic eyes.(复习单词和词组)

3、Let’s chant “What do you do on the weekend?”学生看图片,唱一首自编的歌谣,复习与本课时相关的词汇。

What do you do on the weekend? I watch TV on the weekend. What do you do? What do you do?

What do you do on the weekend? I read books on the weekend . What do you do? What do you do?

What do you do on the weekend? I play sports on the weekend. What do you do? What do you do? What do you do on the weekend? I clean my room on the weekend.

(设计意图:通过朗朗上口的歌谣,帮助学生复习单词,不仅能够快速调动课堂气氛,有效复习了知识。)

Step 2: Preparation 1、Let’s review

What do you do on the weekend?I often .... (复习上节课的重点句型) 2、Brainstorm -What’s your favourite colour? -My favourite colour is... . -What’s your favourite fruit? -My favourite fruit is... . -What’s your favourite day? -My favourite day is... . -What’s your favourite weather? -My favourite weather is... . What's your favourite season? (引出本课标题My Favourite Season)

Step3:

Presentation 1、教学单词season。

2、Guessing game

(1)、Guess,what season is it?出示春天的图片,教学spring,分小组操练单词。

学习句型及三种回答。

-What’s your favourite season? -My favourite season is spring . -It's spring . -Spring . Which season do you like best? -I like spring best. -It's spring . -Spring . (2)

、Guess,what season is it?出示夏天的图片,教学summer,大小声操练单词。

What’s the weather like in summer?What can you do ? 引导学生回答:It is hot and sunny.And the days are long.I can swim./I can go swimming every day. (3)

、Guess,what season is it?出示秋天的图片,教学autumn,同义词fall ,男女生读的方法操练单词。

教学重点句型

-Which season do you like best? -I like autumn best.

-It's autumn. -Autumn.

、Guess,what season is it?出示冬天的图片,教学winter,教学生拼读,速记单词,询问What’s the weather like in winter?Oh! It’s very cold .We can make a snowman.引出Winter is white and the year is gone. (5)

、归纳favourite=like best同义句What’s your favourite season?和Which season do you like best?

(设计意图:用图片呈现新单词,能激发学生的兴趣,学生理解得更快。)

Step4:

Consolidation and extension 1、Look and say回顾四个季节的单词,并以玩What's missing游戏的形式操练重点单词,让学生加深记忆。

2、Game传花游戏

All students say three times:“Which season do you like best ?”,the student take the flower and say : “

I like …

best . /……

. ”

(设计意图:游戏是儿童学习的一种重要途径,也是激发学生学习兴趣的最佳方法。因此这部分教学在充分激发学生学习兴趣的前提下,重视对学生思维、观察能力的培养。)

3、当堂检测

(1)、检测英语单词

(2)、检测重点句型

Which season do you like best? I like spring/summer/autumn/winter best. (3)、Pair work小组合作。

Step5: 德育教育:通过学习本课,教育学生热爱生活,热爱大自然,热爱学习。

Step6:Summary of the class(课堂小结):

Talk about what you learned in this class 说说这堂课你们学到了什么?

(设计意图:让学生自己梳理本节课的内容,再次巩固了知识,强化了记忆。)

Step7:Homework 1、Reading: Read the text for 15 minutes and try to remember the new words and sentences. (

熟读课文15分钟,记忆新学词汇和句子。)

Writing:

Copy the four-skilled words for two lines. Practicing: Investigate your family and ask “Which season do you like best ?”
