Teaching main &difficult points：

1. Main points: grasp the main words and sentences.

2. Difficult points: the pronunciation of the words.

Teaching steps: Step1: Warm up: Watch the video. Ask students“How many rooms can you see in the school?”.Review the words in part A and part B.

Step2: Presentation: 1.

Let students underline the“rooms”in the passage and read them aloud. 2.

Ask students“Where is Zoom?”,and lead them to answer“Zoom is in the lunch room.”

Watch the video, and analyze the content of the passage. 4.

Teach “This/That is …”,“Is this/that…?”，let them make sentences. 5.

Read the passage after teacher, watch the video again, and let them read after tape.

Step3: Practice: 1.

Pairwork: Use“This/That is …”,“Is this/that…?”to make dialogues with their partners.

Role-play the passage by groups. 3.

Do some practice on PPT.

Step4: Consolidation: Listen to the tape and watch the video again, let students understand the content of Story time.
