Warm up（用时3分钟）

1.

Do a chant ”Go to the library. Read a book. Go to the teachers’ office. Say hello. Go to the playground. Play football. Go to the garden. Water the flowers.”

Students do the actions together. 2.

T shows a picture of a school. A student asks” Where is ······?“ A students answers “It’s on the······floor.”

II.

Presentation（用时2分钟）

1.

T shows a picture of a school and asks students some questions. Q1: What can you see? Q2:Where is the ······？

Some Ss point and say. 2.

Ss say the room’s name together. 环节

III.

Pre-reading.（用时2分钟）

1.

T shows a picture of the story and Ss predict the room. Q1:Who are they? Q2:What room will you see? 2.

T shows the different room. Ss say them aloud. IV.

While-reading（用时9分钟）

1.

T plays it first time. Ss circle the places which they hear. Some Ss circle the places on the board. Others read after her or him. 2.

T plays it second time. Ss answer it. Q1: What’s the meaning of “I am full.”

Q2:Zooms says “I am full.” Where is Zoom at that time? Q3:It’s time for lunch. =

T plays it third time. Ss listen and follow and pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation in different roles. Some Ss read “Is that the music room?” T helps Ss read it with gesture. T shows some beautiful places. Ss see the pictures to understand “How beautiful! ” and say the sentence.

V.

Post-reading （用时10分钟）

1.

Ss role play in the groups of four.

2.

Some groups dup the story. Others evaluate them with different stars.

VI.

Production（用时7分钟）

Picture book reading: Biscuit goes to school 1.

T shows the cover.

Q1: What’s the name of the dog? 2.

T pauses and ask detail questions: Q2. What can you see? What colour is it? Q3: What places can you see? Q4: What does Biscuit eat in the lunch room? Q5: Does Biscuit like school? 3.

T shows some places. Ss sort the places which Biscuit passes by. 4.

T shows the school. Ss say the room. We study at school. We read books at school. We play at school. We make friends at school. We are happy at school. School is our home. We love our school.
