To learn sounds and words: /h/ hello happy, /æ/ sad animal, /g/ good big, and /t/ tall table. Games: raise sound cards. Listen and write, write down the sound’s letter you listen. Practice reading the four sounds in this way, e.g. at, bat,

Group works. Using the word cards practice the sounds. Read more words that the sounds in different word situations. Make chant. Homework

Find more words with the sound /h/, /æ/, /g/, /t/ and read them.

A.认知目标：

(1)让学生通过学习happy, hello, sad, animal, big, good, tall, table，掌握字母h, a,g,和t的基本发音/h/ /æ/ /g/ /t/. (2) 学生通过练习四个音的拼读，掌握英语拼读方法，熟记四个字母的基本发音。

B.技能目标：能够正确运用本课所学的内容会朗读部分带/h/ /æ/ /g/ /t/的发音单词。

C.情感目标：

1.激发学生学习英语的兴趣，

积极参与课堂活动，感受学英语的乐趣，喜欢用自己的方法学习英语，创作歌词，对自己的学习状态感到满意。

2.通过表演活动和小组活动，学生学会协助与合作，从而提高学习效果，合作学习的意识得到进一步加强。

4.教学重点和难点：

教学重点：

（1）要求学生在这节课里掌握以下的字母的发音：h, a, g, t. (2) 要求学生在这节课里掌握以下单词：happy, hello, sad, animal, big, good, tall, table。重点练习两个新单词：animal, good. 教学难点：

（1）四个字母h, a, g, t.在单词中的发音。

（2）学会拼读单词。

5. 教学策略

(1)运用电脑、卡片进行教学，让学生更直观对课堂所学的知识掌握得更牢固。

(2)通过“任务型教学”，让学生在操作实物过程中能更好地掌握新的语言知识。确保学生在日常生活中能正确地运用所学的知识与他人进行交流。

(3)从易到难，有层次递进教学。

(4)辅助手段: 通过图文并茂的CAI观看动画、唱唱形式多样的教学活动，对学生进行多感官的刺激，激发学生学英语的兴趣，创设情景帮助学生理解和运用新知识。

6.教学过程：

Step 1．Warming up.

Greetings. How are you? Are you happy? Can you sing?...... 2.

Sing the song: I’m happy. 【设计意图：通过读故事引起学习兴趣，从故事中找出发/g/音的单词，再回忆学过的发/g/音的单词，明确本节课学习内容。】

Step2. Review. 1.

Look and say. Look at the pictures and review the key words and target language: Words: cold, hot, happy, sad, big, small, tall and short. Sentences:

I’m……

they’re……

we’re……

He’s…….

She’s……

you’re……

Check the homework’s answers. a.

Show the pictures of activity 3, and invite Ss to say.

To invite Ss to display their families photos and talking about to use target language. Step 2 .Presentation 1. sing the alphabet song. 【设计意图：唱语音歌，再次调动学生的学习兴趣，复习三年级学过的语音。】

2．Create a situation: Gogol, Tony and Jenny are going to have a trip with us. a. Read a short story, to show the sounds’ words. b. Read the sounds and words: /h/ /æ/ /g/ /t/ happy, hello, sad, animal, big, good, tall, table. Please spend more little time on practicing animal and good. 【设计意图：故事背景以Gogol他们去旅游的场景出示新单词，旅游图片能激发学生的兴趣，调动积极性。故事简单易懂，学生容易有成就感，学习得心应手。Animal和good是两个新单词，其中animal 在上个学期初步感知过，但是较长，因此要多花时间训练。】

Step3. Practice

1. Games: raise sound cards.

a. T says a sound; Ss raise the right sound card and repeat after T.

b. T says a word, Ss raise the sound card that in the word and repeat after T. c. S says a word, the rest Ss raise the right sound card and repeat. 2. Listen and write. T say a word, Ss write down the sound’s letter in the word. 【设计意图：通过游戏，让学生熟悉这四个音标，会听，会认，还会说。运用听写，巩固听的训练，强化四个字母的发音。】

3. Can you read? Practice reading the four sounds in this way, e.g. at, bat, cat……

【设计意图：从易到难，教会学生拼读单词，以元音字母a为中心，与辅音字母h, g和t反复组词，激发学生学习兴趣，增强成就感，为后面的小组读卡片做准备。】

４. Group works. Using the word cards practice the sounds. 【设计意图：学生通过拉动字母条，用不同的字母与字母a拼读，训练他们掌握拼读方法；卡片的辅音字母以h,g,t为中心，反复练习。】

5. Read. Ss read more words that the sounds in different word situations. 【设计意图：提炼学过的带有本课四个音的单词，这些单词是以前学过的，即复习了，又让学生知道这些字母在不同的单词环境中也能发这些音。】

6. Make chant. Ss use any work that with the four sounds make chants like this: /h/ /h/ hat,

/æ/ /æ/ sad.

/g/ /g/ /g/ /g/ big, big, hoo.

/h/ /h/ , hi. /æ/ /æ/ ant. /t/ /t/ /t/ /t/ tiger, tiger, hoo. [设计意图：旨在让学生灵活运用，提取发相应的音的单词做唱词，既可以练习发音，还可以提高英语学习兴趣。] Step4. Homework. 1. Find more words with the sound /h/, /æ/, /g/, /t/ and read them.
