能识别单词shine,everyone.并能书写sun, sing. 2.

能口头运用be+动词ing的句型描述图片内容。

能听懂、理解课文的大致内容，能回答教师的问题。

锻炼学生自主学习的能力，并能以交笔友的形式增强与他人的交际，提高学习英语的兴趣。

教学重点：

运用 Be +V-ing 形式描述图片内容。

教学难点：

口头运用be+动词ing的句型描述正在发生的事情

教具准备：PPT、

单词卡片、图片

教学步骤：

Step 1. Warm-up 1. Greeting and having Ss into four groups. 2. sing the song (I’m listening to music……) 3. PPT出示课前搜集的照片用“What is \ are she (he)\they doing ?”引导学生用be+动词ing的句型进行回答。每回答对一个句子的可以为本组赢得1分。

Step 2. Presentation 1.

Lead in Free talk: T:What’s the weather like today? S1:It is sunny. T: Good, it is sunny,and the sun is shining.(教师可一边说，一边做动作) 教师重点领读句型 The sun is shining.并板书。

Text-teaching

1.Listen to the tape and answer the questions: （1）Who write this letter? （2）Did he have a funny day on Saturday? （3）What did they do? （4）What is he sending? 注意一下everyone 的读法。

2.幻灯片出示课文中的一幅图片

T：What is the weather like in this picture? Ss:It’s sunny,and the sun is shining. T:Great!Then what can you see in this picture? S2:I can see a lady, two boys,some birds and ducks,a tree. T:So good! This boy is Daming and that boy is Simon. Look！What are they doing？

What are the birds doing?Chose some students to answer. 出示第二幅课文中的图片，

T:What is the weather like in this picture? Ss:It’s rainy. T:What are the ducks doing? Ss:They are eating. 教师板书可重要句子：

The sun is shining。

They are having a picnic. The birds are singing in the trees. The ducks are eating. 3.Listen to the tape and read after it. Step4: Practice 幻灯片出示一些图片，引导学生用目标句型回答。

Step5:Consolidation

Play a game:一组同学上讲台前表演一些动作，如踢球、游泳等等，另选一人作为小记者对全班其他同学进行随机采访，用What is she/he/they doing?也可以采访表演者本人：What are you doing? Step6: Homework 1.

听录音跟读课文，注意模仿语音语调。

实践作业：教师给每个小组分发一些图片，要求学生试着用今天学过的be动词+动词ing描述图片内容，把句子写到练习本上。
