二、单元分析：

城市让生活更美好。有关城市的话题一直是人们谈论的热点，本单元的话题是关于城市的环境卫生方面，这一话题也与学生的生活息息相关。教师在教学过程中，要紧密联系实际情况，引导学生发现城市环境卫生方面的问题，并思考解决问题的答案，从而使题目增强环保意识，更加珍惜和热爱城市环境。

三、单元教学目标：

1. 能够四会掌握单词keep, clean, make, dirty并熟练地听说读air, smoke, rubbish, messy, dead, move … away from, bin, plant, more

2. 熟练掌握句型：What makes…dirty /messy? …makes…dirty / messy. What can we do to…? We can…

3.通过Cartoon time部分内容的学习，培养不随手乱丢杂物的好习惯。

4. 知道怎样使我们的城市保持干净，培养学生的环保意识。

Step 1 Warm up 1.Listen to the song :Two little blackbirds. T:Do you like birds? What birds do you know? Can you see any birds near your house? Where can you see any birds?

2.呈现图片

教师向学生展示两组城市图片。第一组图片呈现风景优美、环境幽雅的城市，第二组图片呈现一个污染严重、又脏又乱的城市。

T：These pictures are of City A.What can you see in these pictures? T: Do you like City A? Why? T: Now, let’s look at some pictures of City B. What can you see?

T: Do you ike City B ?Why ? What’s wrong with City B?

本课教学的主要内容是学会新的单词，在学习单词的过程中注意单词的发音，记单词时要与图片的内容相结合，并对句型What makes our city dirty?和What can we do to keep our city clean?进行重点练习，为下文学习Grammar time打下良好的基础。

在对话的过程中注意兼顾不同层次的学生，对学习困难的学生采取帮扶措施，让他们熟悉课文中的语句。对课文中的重点句子可反复阐述，在讲解过程中注意听说读写的全部应用，必要时可对部分四会单词进行听写。

情景对话部分要求学生注意发音的准确性。角色扮演时要注意生动，提要学生的积极性，在讲解这一部分知识时可以和自己所在的城市进行对比，从实际出发而练习。
