Ⅰ.教材分析: 第三话题在复习前两个话题的基础上，引入新内容的学习，即学习和情感相关的一些词汇以及相关的功能句。如：I get so nervous when I give a speech. Let’s show him that we are proud of him. let’s give Michael a surprise!等，主要的语法是简单句的六种基本句型，即S+V, S+V+O, S+V+P, S+V+O+OC, S+V+IO+DO, There be…。

Ⅱ.教学目标：

1.

学习并掌握新词汇：sick, proud, anyway,ready,passport, boss和grandson。

2.

学生能正确运用以下短语造句：

be confident about…, in a bad mood, be proud of, get ready for 和give sb. a surprise。

3.掌握表达情感和提出建议的方式。

4.能使用简单句的六种基本句型写出正确的句子。

1. 学生在交流中能自如描述情绪并能给出建议。

Step 1 Review(time: 6分钟) 复习Section A

对话并导入新知识。

(教师以Michael的身份，表述感情，引导学生使用学过的关于安慰的表达方法。)

T：I act as Michael.I don’t feel well. I’m afraid to have a test tomorrow. What should I do?

S1: Relax. I’m sure you will do well.

T: I get nervous when I give a speech. What should I do?

S2:I will help you…

Step 2 Presentation ( time:10分钟) 呈现并学习1a 中的重点词句。

(教师将设计好的听力问题呈现在黑板上。)

How will Michael’s classmates cheer him up? (让学生听1a 录音，并回答问题。) T：Listen to 1a and answer the question on the blackboard. (教师核对答案。) T：

Let’s check the answer to the question.(板书答案，学习并掌握put on。) 2.（通过谈论Michael 与同学之间的友谊，加强对学生的情感教育，从而引出并学习本课的目标语言。板书生词及短语，并进行适当讲解，然后进入巩固环节。）

生词：sick, affect, confident, mood, proud, anyway, ready 短语：be confident about…, in a bad mood, be proud of, give sb. a surprise, get ready for…

画出make, let结构的句子。）

T：Read 1a by yourselves. Underline the structure of “make+ n. + adj.” and “let +sb.+ do”。

Step 3 Consolidation（time：12 分钟）

T: Please follow the tape and pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation. 2.

教学反思：

After finishing the exercises of 2, the students could understand the sentence structures well. More students can take active part in the class activities.

After class, the teacher should design some exercises to consolidate the usage of the phrases of 1b.
