Teaching objectives:

1.Through this class, the ss will be able to have a general understanding of the sentence patterns of “This is…和He’s/She’s…”

2.Ss will be able to recognize the new words: family, father, mother, brother, sister, grandpa, grandma

3.Ss will be familiar with the main characters: Mike’s family.

4.Ss will be able to introduction their family members.

1.To communicate with people using “This is…和He’s/She’s…” and the new words: a family, father, mother, brother, sister, grandpa, grandma.

由游戏引入复习Game: Magic eyes: Who’s he/ she?

a. T: Let’s play a game: Magic eyes. Let’s guess who’s he or who’s she?

依次呈现人物Wang Bing, Su Hai, Miss Li, Mike, Liu Tao, Yang Ling。

b. 依然利用游戏把上节课的Tina和Bobby引入教学由此详细学习sister

Ss: She’s Tina. He’s Bobby.

T: Now imagine you’re Bobby, can you introduce Tina to us?

S1: This is Tina. She’s my sister.

c. 依然利用游戏由此详细学习brother

T: Now imagine you’re Tina, can you introduce Bobby to us? Now let’s listen what does Tina say?

师出示单词brother, my brother,领读,学生跟读。配上动作操练my brother,He’s my brother. 2. Story time

PPT出示Mike并介绍他的家庭成员

a.T: Bobby is Tina’s brother. Mike also has a brother. Who’s he? Dang-dang-dang. Let’s go to Mike’s family and have a look! Ok?

b.Ss: Ok!

T: First, let’s watch cartoon and tell me how many people are there in the story?故事里有几个人?

Watch cartoon twice. T播放课文卡通片

T: So, how many people are there in the story?

S1: 5.

T: Great!

b. T: Now, look! Who are they? Please read the dialogue by yourself and underline useful message.

学生回答问题,并讲一讲理由。

师出示单词father, my father,领读,学生跟读。配上动作操练my father,He’s my father. 此处系统教授单词father, mother, brother and sister.

T: You have learned father, mother, brother and sister. But there are 5 people in Mike’s family. Who else?

S1: Mike!
