一、说教材

1.教材分析

本单元为译林版三下《Unit 5 How old are you?》,主要是围绕“How old are you?”来展开话题。本单元Story time部分的学习内容多数在牛津小学英语1B中有所涉及,Cartoon time部分的内容在译林版三上 Unit 2有所涉及。因此,本单元的知识对学生们来说,学习难度不是很大。教师要引导学生通过本课的学习,能够运用文中的重点句型(疑问句)来询问别人年龄。

本节课为第一课时,阅读课。文中涉及的重点句式询问年龄、赠送礼物。学生在一年级已经初步接触此句型,因此学生在学本课时内容时会轻松应对。我将本节课的重点放在了对句式结构的理解和灵活运用上。让学生在开放的语境中主动建构、理解和运用Story time部分教学的句式结构。三年级阅读教学着重培养学生的听、说、演的能力,使学生养成大胆、大声地读和说的良好英语学习习惯。教材中的图片为学生的阅读提供了视觉线索,为学生进行猜测、理解文意提供了基础。

2.设计理念

(1)组织学生扮演角色,说一说,演一演等形式,尽可能多的给学生开口实践的机会,努力培养小学生的英语学习兴趣,使他们想学,爱学,乐学。

(2)创设具体、真实、恰当的情景会有效帮助学生理解、练习和初步尝试运用语言,对提高小学生运用英语的能力提供帮助。

(3)让小学生成为英语课堂的主人,发扬教学民主,创设和谐气氛,增强学生的参与意识,让学生在课堂中活起来。

3.教学目标

1、能听懂、会说、会读单词:nine, eight, four, five, six, seven, ten 2、能听懂、会说、会读句子:How old are you ?及其回答I’m ···. 3、能在情景中正确的使用How lovely ! Here you are.

4.教学重点、难点

新课标指出:“以学生为本”,以学生“能用英语做事情”的描述方式设定各级目标要求,旨在培养学生的英语语言运用能力。

本课情节简单,玩具这一话题比较受孩子喜欢,创设具体、真实、恰当的情景,帮助学生理解、练习和初步尝试运用语言,并合理利用一切可以利用的资源,充分调动了学生的积极性。
