Unit2 Lesson 10: Always Brush Your teeth! 一、教学目标:

知识目标:1.掌握并运用四会单词:after/before .brush/ comb及短语:brush your teeth/comb your hair/wash your face .

2. 熟练运用句型:What do you do before / after ____?

能力目标: 1.学生能够正确运用短语:brush…teeth , wash…face ,comb…hair ,并知道人称的变化。

2.能够掌握before ,after 的用法。

情感目标:通过学习,学生能对本课内容产生兴趣,主动参与教学活动,认真理解短文内容,并养成讲究卫生的好习惯。

二、教学重点、难点:after , before , teeth ,face , brush , comb的理解和运用

三、教具、学具:单词卡片、录音机、

Step1 Greeting: T: Hello, everyone. Ss: Hello, teacher. T: First, would you like to sing a song? Ss: Yeah! T: Let’s sing together.“Oh, what did you do?…”

(师生同唱,唱完后) T: Great! Now, are you ready for English class? Ss: Yes. T: All right. Let’s begin! 设计意图:通过唱英文歌,调动学生的学习热情,让学生愉快的步入英语课堂

Step2 Revision: 1)

T: Now, I have some beautiful pictures, would you like to see? Ss:Yes. T:OK. Please look at the screen.(课件出示一张肌肉丰满的举重运动员的照片) T: He is…

Ss: He is strong. T: Yes, you are clever. Can you spell ?(让两三个学生拼读单词) 2) T: Now, look at this one, who is he?(课件出示三毛照片)

Ss: 三毛

T: That’s right. Is he strong? Ss: No, he is weak. T: Are you strong or weak? Ss: We are strong. 3) T: OK. Now ,please do with me. I am strong, you are weak; I am strong, you are weak; I am strong and healthy; You are weak and sick.(学生跟着教师边说边做动作) 设计意图:通过看图片,用肢体语言和师生互动复习了9课内容。不仅活跃了课堂气氛,而且强化了记忆。

Step3 Presentation: 1) T: How to be strong and healthy? In lesson9. What did you learn? S1:Always eat breakfast. T: That’s right. This class we go on to study how to be strong and healthy. First, I’ll show you some pictures, but you must find out what they are doing.(播放教学光盘,放到Jenny正在梳头,停住。) T: What is Jenny doing? S1:梳头

T: Comb hair(板书。并让学生找出与comb相似的单词come进行比较记忆.依此法教

授eat breakfast/ wake up) 2) T: Look at me, what am I doing?(教师分别作出:醒来,梳头和吃饭的动作) 3) T: Now,would you like to see again? Ss:Yes T:OK.(再播放一遍光盘,放完后) T: Can you find other actions ? S1:刷牙

T: Brush teeth(板书并提醒学生tooth是复数,单数为teeth,出事教学卡片,并让学生默写这两个单词,看谁记得快). T: Look ,what I am doing.(分别作出洗脸,洗手的动作,引出wash face/wash hands板书并教读) 设计意图:再放光盘,不仅复习一下已学词组comb hair/eat breakfast/wake up,而且让学生发现其他的动词词组brush teeth/wash face/wash hands,这里brush/teeth/face都是四会单词,所以安排了书写速记,有利于强化记忆单词

Step4 Practice: 1)

T: Look at the blackboard, let’s read together(读完后)Now, please practise with your partner. One order, the other makes actions. Are you clear?(先给学生一会儿练习的时间,然后让一些学生去前面表演) 2) T: Good job. Can you come here, make an action, and let’s guess what you are doing.(让几个学生自愿去前面表演刚学的词汇动作,其他学生猜) 3) T: Excellent. Now I ask you do : brush teeth, comb hair, wash face, wake up…

设计意图:通过生生互动,师生互动,采用肢体语言,让学生进一步巩固6个词汇,为下面能用这些词造句作好准备

Step5 Presentation: 1) T: Now, let’s read together.(让学生齐读一遍黑板上的6 的词汇) After breakfast, Jenny brushes his teeth and combs hair. Do you know: afternoon(板书,然后擦去noon) “after”guess the meaning. S1:在…之后

T: You are clever. Before breakfast, Jenny wakes up, wahes face and hands.“before”

guess the meaning.(板书该词)

S2:在…之前

T: Excellent(让学生默写一下两个词) 设计意图:在此介绍before/after,是因为学生通过看光盘对Li Ming/Jenny动作的先

后已有了大致了解,,这是因出新词,易于接受

Step6: Listen and read: 1) T: Boys and girls, this class we’ll study Lesson10: Always Brush Your Teeth! T:

After listening, please find out :what does Li Ming do before breakfast?(板书该问题,然后听读录音第一部分。听完后) S1: He washes hands and face. T: That’s right.(板书答语,并注意单数第三人称) 2) T: let’s see Jenny’s week. What does Jenny do in a week, in a day?(听读第二部分,听完后让学生自由发言讲述她一周的生活,并教授do my homework是作家庭作业.) 设计意图:听读课文,先让学生带着问题去听第一部分,找出答案;根据第一部分的引导,放手让学生自己去理解第二部分,提高学生的阅读分析能力和语言表达能力。

Step7 Practice: 1) T: Boys and girls, What do you do before breakfast/lunch/supper? What do you do after breakfast/lunch/supper? Now , please talk about in pairs.(先让学生自由交流一下各自饭前饭后做什么,然后让几组学生展示一下是如何调查的) 2) T:

This time , Please fill in the blanks with before and after. Now look at the screen.(播放教学光盘的练习部分) 3) T: Today, we have studied Jenny’s week, Jenny’s day. What do you do in a day? Can you tell me?(先给学生一点时间准备,然后让他们自由发言,叙述一天的生活。规则是每人只能说一句

,后面的学生接着前面的叙述直到晚上休息)

设计意图:通过的练习,让学生把已学词汇放到句子中练习,最后介绍自己一天的生活,提高语言的综合运用能力。

Step8 closing: T: Good job. Now please clap your hands for yourselves. Today. You are all something. That’s all for today. Thank you! Goodbye!

Lesson 10 Always Brush Your Teeth ! Before I eat breakfast ,

I comb my hair/wash my face. After I eat breakfast , I brush my teeth/go to school.
