Steps:
Step 1: Warming up: Ask & Answer
1. How often do you go fishing? 2. How often do you go swimming? 3. How are you going? 4. How do you go to school? ..........
Step 2: Review:
1. Reading game (Stand up and read the words, if you see the big hands, you should clap your hands. If you see the silence mark, you should do the action)
2. Fast Eyes (When you see the word please put up your
hands say it out.)
Step 3: Knowledge: know some words about time and times
Times : once, twice, three times …..
Time: day , week, month, year
And read some words about times.
Step 4: Pair work.
There are 5 pictures.
You can choose two of them and make a dialogue.
A: How often do you ….?
B : I …….. Step 5 : A Dice Game 1. (Every one has a dice , then play the game)
Show three picture of week, month and year. Then show
some questions.

( Roll the dice and speak out your times, if you are 4, you

game should play in a group)
Step 6: Let’s learn.

Show a picture of a fishing man.
Man: I go fishing once a month.
Question: How often does the man go fishing?
He goes fishing once a month.
Then teach the sentences and practice the sentences.
2. T: How often does he go swimming?
S: He goes swimming twice a month.
3.T: How often does he go dancing? S: He goes dancing four times a week. (Pair work)
4 Show a picture of ice-skating.
Girl: I go ice-skating five times a year.
