Unit 2 Vacation Plans (the second period)

一、教材内容

本节课是《开心英语》五年级下册 Unit2 Vacation Plans的第二课时，教学内容为Story部分。

二、学生分析

本课时的授课对象是小学五年级的学生。本节课也是继续巩固运用be going to 这一时态进行问答，并要求学生能运用所学到的知识拓展练习写话，说话，从而培养学生能与同学合作，敢开口说英语，写出简单的小作文。

三、教学目标

1.知识目标

（1）学习Story,能听懂理解词汇：Tibet, mountain wolf。

（2）能理解Story 的内容，能够准确地朗读课文并进行表演和复述。

（3）熟练掌握并运用假期旅游计划的相关内容。

2.能力目标

让学生运用本课重点句型以对话的形式进行交流，进一步提高他们口头表达的能力。

3.文化目标

了解西藏地理位置、文化风光，培养学生热祖国情怀。

4.情感目标

让学生把学习和生活紧密地联系起来，通过与朋友制定旅游计划，培养学生共同合作学习的能力，增进学生合作意识。通过有趣的旅游计划，让学生体会到学习英语的乐趣，从而提高他们的学习兴趣。

5.学习策略

通过个人，结对和小组活动等方式，促使学生合作学习，共同继续探讨，运用句型：We’re going to … for a vacation . How are we going there? We’re going by ….Where are we going to stay ? We’re going to stay … What are we going to do there? 进行询问，正确描述交通方式和住宿情况。

四、教学重点，难点

1.教学重点：理解story 内容，正确流利朗读story 内容，并进行表演和复述。

2.教学难点：理解句子：We are going to ...for a vacation. It’s too cold for camping；运用所学知识流畅表达个人旅行计划；根据story 内容填写单词和根据自己实际完成小作文。
