教学过程：

Warming up

Sing a song“We Wish You a Merry Christmas!”(活跃气氛，使学生在欢快的气氛中自然进入课堂并引出话题) 二．Free talk T: What holiday is the story about?

S: Christmas Day. T: Can you say something about Christmas ?（根据歌曲学生们将自己所知道的关于圣诞节的知识进行简单介绍）

S: Christmas lights……. 三．Introduce the Christmas Christmas is an important Western holiday. It’s not a Chinese holiday. It’s as important as the Spring Festival in China. 文化贴士：Christmas is to celebrate the birth of Jesus.（补充一下课外知识，更能提高学生们学习的积极性）

四. Introduce the activities of Christmas 并在句子中学习Christmas lights, Christmas tree 并让学生们注意字母组合igh与ch的发音（文化贴士：为什么圣诞树上挂满礼物）（补充一下课外知识，更能提高学生们学习的积极性）
