Warming-up Name the color (Go through the words children have learnt before) II.

Leading-in 1. Tell children a story called Hippo Has a Hat. (By Julia Donaldson •

Nick Sharratt) by presenting pictures While story-telling, introduce the children to the key vocabulary of clothes, e.g. T-shirt, 教学过程sweater, and jacket.

2. Lead children to memorize the right kinds of clothes owned by the animals according to the story. III.

Let’s Sing 1. By showing children hand-made cards of the clothes and characters mentioned in the story, introduce the children to the song My Clothes on Page 23.

2. Ask the children to listen to My Clothes while showing clothes cards. 3. Lead the children by singing verse by verse. 4. Invite 3 of children from each group to sing My Clothes with actions and clothes cards.

Let’s Move

Get 4 of children from each group to the front by turns, give them the clothes cards and a cardboard character, and then ask them dress the character by their own will. After that, let them introduce their own design. V.

教学反思

该课堂教学为第三单元的第二课时，学生在第一课时时已掌握了部分衣物的英语表达。在进入正式课堂教学前，先让学生看图回顾一年级时学习过的颜色单词表达，随后以故事《Hippo Has a Hat》引入本课的教学内容。故事展开后，通过给学生自主配搭图纸小人衣服的操练，让学生有意识地理解“Here is my…(clothes) It’s ….(color)”这一介绍自己衣物的句型，在学生熟悉了歌曲中重复出现的重点句型后，再进入歌曲《My Clothes》的教学。最后进行活动手册的听力练习，进一步加深学生对本课教学难点的掌握。

在实际授课过程当中，首先在故事的引入当中，有点忽略了学生的理解，未能透彻地将故事呈现给学生，有些赶过场的感觉，需要多参考其他有经验的老师，学习如何自然地将绘本教学融入日常课堂教学当中。另外，在每个环节的衔接处，过渡比较生硬，需要多向学习有关的课堂教学技巧，让课堂进程更加紧凑。
