综合运用本课短语、句型写出关于克服不良情绪，学会照顾自己的短文。

Ⅲ.Teaching procedures Greet the students and get them ready for learning.

Let students look at the screen and learn the proverbs. Step1.Lead in:talk The teacher shows three questions on the screen and divides students into several groups and let them discuss them.

(1)What can affect our moods and feelings?

(2)What can you do to get back happy feelings when we feel bad? (3)Do you think it important for us to stay in a good mood? Step2. Pre-reading The teacher shows three pictures on the screen and let students watch them and talk about “How do you feel at the pictures?”

Step3.while reading (1)Let students read the passage quickly and find out the new words and key phrases. Eg.

(2).Let students read the passage and complete the chart on Page 24. (3)Play the video recorder and let students listen to 1 and follow it. Then retell 1 according to the following key words.
