daily, reason, spread. 2.短语：show good discipline, protect….from, dress in, get help from 3.句型：People wear uniforms for different reasons.

Different uniforms show different uniforms.

It’s necessary for us to know different uniforms in our daily life. 能力目标：1.引导学生通过了解不同职业的制服及他们的功能，并通过多种形式的阅读活动培养基本的阅读技能，如预测、略读、理解大意、找读、理解细节、猜测词义等。

2. 指导学生进行简单的议论文写作，初步掌握该文体的基本结构和常用表达式。

情感目标：培养学生热爱学校，热爱校服的思想感情。

教学重点：谈论制服的功能

教学难点：学会利用所学句型写一篇谈论校服的作文

教学过程：

Step1.设疑自探

（一）读前活动：Pre-reading

1.利用图片导入新课。

T: Li Hong is very angry. Do you know why? Because she doesn’t like wearing school uniforms. She says they look ugly on her! But her mother doesn’t know how to persuade （说服）her daughter to wear school uniforms. Let’s give her some advice. Why should students wear uniforms?

2.展示学习目标，明确任务。

(1).Talk about the functions of school uniforms.
