学习词汇wild geese及其单数形式a wild goose，以及与a goose的不同。大致介绍短文内容，借助问题进入短文学习。

Play a video. Ss watch and think, What animals can you see? What are they doing? Why?

Step I 2.

Show wild geese. Learn to say wild geese, a wild Pre-task goose and a goose.

Then introduce, Wild geese preparation move their home every year. They change homes

from south to north in autumn. Then they change homes from north to south in spring. Do you know why? Why do wild geese change homes?

1 Play the video of the story. Ss watch and think. Then try to answer why wild geese change home. 2 Ask Ss open their books to page 10. Play the tape. Ss listen and read. Then show sentences. Ss read and judge. Then answer why wild geese change home together. 3 Ask Ss read Paragraph 1. Show questions. Ss read the questions and discuss in groups of four. Then volunteers answer in the class. Finally, show the answers and ask and answer together. 4 Show the question in Paragraph 2 Why do wild geese move around so much?. Ask Ss what it means.
