一、教材分析:
本课主要教学内容是说明场景、寻求帮助。第一单元的课文情境是Simon 的妈妈去超市买东西,为Daming准备生日聚会。她买了很多东西,就问Daming和Simon 谁能来帮忙拿。Simon 无法帮忙,因为他正在打电话。Daming跑来帮忙,结果不小心将橘子撒了一地,气球也飞走了。Simon让大家看气球上的文字,气球们在祝福Daming 生日快乐。大家开心地笑了。
二、学情分析: 六年级的学生已经学了三年的英语,
有了一定的英语基础,但学生对英语学习兴趣整体有所下降,两极分化比较严重。另外本班学生的英语基础知识掌握比较扎实,
但学生性格比较内向,不善于表达。所以在设计教学时应该面向全体学生,以学生的发展为宗旨,因材施教,分层教学,始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位,引导学生端正学习态度,掌握良好的学习方法,培养学生良好的学习习惯。尽量采用新颖活泼有趣的教学形式进行教学,保持并提高学生学习英语的兴趣。
三、教学目标
知识目标: 1.掌握单词careful, balloon,carry 2.掌握目标句子:Who can help me? I can. Sorry, I can’t. I am on the phone。
能力目标
运用Who can help me? I can help you. Sorry, I can’t. I am on the phone.这类语句寻求帮助和提供帮助。
四、教学重点
单词:balloon,carry ,careful 句子:熟练掌握本节课的单词和句型,能熟练运用句型:Who can help me? I can help you. Sorry, I can’t. I am on the phone.所学语言来寻求帮助和提供帮助。
五、教学难点
能熟练运用句型:Who can help me? I can help you. Sorry, I can’t. I am on the phone.所学语言来寻求帮助和提供帮助。

七、教学过程:
Step 1. Warming up 1. Free talk. T: Good afternoon boys and girl. How are you today? 2. Guessing Game: What did I buy? (ppt 呈现图片,做猜谜游戏) 3. Guess “Why I bought so many things?”
T: I bought so many things last night. Do you know Why? You can guess.Are you going to ?? T: My daughter’s birthday is coming. I’m ready for her party. Our friend Daming, Simon and his mum are ready for a party, too. Let’s Listen and answer..
Step 2. Presentation T:What are Daming and Simon are talking about? Let’s Listen and answer..
1) Who is going to have a birthday party? 2) What is Simon’s mother doing?
T:课件出示图片,让学生观察图片,并谈论图片。

answers. 并且利用课件,感知falling和flying away.并利用书掉了、气球飞走了等,为学生创设真实情境,帮助学生感知理解。

【设计意图】通过看图写句子这个机械性的操练活动,学生对句型的掌握从课文过渡到通过生活中的场景,并通过问答活动巩固操练了句型“Who can help me? I can help you. Sorry, I can’t. I am on the phone.”体现了活动的层次性,也关注到不同层次的学生。
Step 4. Production Make a short play. T: This time let’s make a short play. The topic is ask for help. Look at the madel. A: I’m cleaning the blackboard. But I’m short. Who can help me?
B: Sorry, I can’t. I’m doing my homework.
C: I can help you. D: I can help you, too. A: Thank you. C: You are welcome. 【设计意图】课件出示不同场景的图片,例如学校、家庭、养老院、贫困儿童等,让学生分组讨论,设计类似的需要他人帮助的情境,并尝试用所学过的知识创设不同的、有趣的情境,体现了用英语做事情的教学理念。在活动过程中也激发了学生学英语、用英语的积极性。同时培养学生的爱心和助人为乐的品德。
