一、教材与学情分析

本单元的教学内容为广东版《开心学英语》五年级上册第二课Months第三课时语音部分的学习。主要任务是学习“ay”字母组合的发音。五年级的学生在学习ay之前，已经接触过一些与ay相关的单词，所以本课的学习对学生来说比较容易接受。

二、教学目标

1. 知识技能：学会“ay”组合的读音。

2. 语言技能：运用自然拼读法来拼读单词。

3. 情感教育：通过语音的学习，有效帮助学生克服朗读的困难，提高学生的学习兴趣，并教育学生No pain no gain.的道理。

三、教学重难点

教学重点：学会“ay”组合的读音，并能读出含有ay的词。

教学难点：从“ay”/ei/音的学习扩展到其他的/ei/音学习。
