教学目标

1、能听、说、读、写有关食物的词汇: food, fruit, drink, vegetable, rice, noodles, dumpling, pork, hamburger, beef, salad, hot dog, chocolate, China, the USA 2、了解中西饮食文化的不同。

3、在教师的有效引导下，借助Do a survey and report部分的表格，课后用新学习的句型对其他同学进行采访。培养学生和他人用英语交流自己喜欢的食物，饮品的意愿。

4、培养学生友好合作的精神和乐观自信、大胆展示自我的学习态度，并培养其积极运用所学语言进行表达和交流的合作精神与创新意识。

Leading In: T: Good morning!

Boys and girls. Let’s have some fun .

Here are three riddles. Can you guess? Ss: Yes！

（After the game）

T: Well, the answers are fish, tomato, and potatoes.

What are they? Ss: 食物。( food ) T: Correct. Let’s learn the word “food”.

(show the PPT about “food”)

T: Well, we are going to learn Unit 3 “My favorite food is hamburgers”

T: Let’s check the new words of this unit.

Now let’s get into part A. Presentation: (出示一张食物分类的图片) T: From the picture we can see that we often divided food into different groups, like vegetable, fruit, drink, and protein. Let’s learn the first three new words :

“vegetable, fruit, drink”

( 3-5 min ) T: Please look at picture 2: They are so many different vegetables, fruits, and drinks. I like eggs, apples, bananas, bread, fish, eggs, sandwiches, tea...

(一边说指着图片里的食物)

How about you? What food do you like? (显示“like”的意思“喜爱，喜欢”)

S1: I like tomatoes. S2: I like hamburgers. S3: I like apples. … …

T: Then how about our new friend, Li Shan? She is from China , too. What does she like? (出示中国的图片和单词) Ｔ：Can you name them? (出示一组中式食物幻灯片，以图文并茂的方式提问，既复习之前所学词汇，又激发学生学习兴趣。) S1: Rice. S2: Noodles. S3: Dumplings. S4: Pork. T: How about Kitty? She is from the USA. (出示一张美国国旗的图片单词)

What food does she like? Can you guess? S：Hamburgers, hot dog ……

T: Let’s learn the western-style food: beef , fruit salad, hot dog, pizza, hamburger, chocolate.

(5-8 min ) Practice Activities

Practice 1: T: What do Li Shan and Kitty like? Please finish the Chart. (请同学上台在黑板上写出答案,并核对)
