1.“Classroom 3”指的是“三班”，与汉语的表达方式相反，其中“Classroom”的首字母要大写。

2.理解词组“next to”表示的位置关系。

Step2 presentation 1.A. Let’s talk. (1)教学单词“Homework”和“ next to”。

教师拿出一位学生的家庭作业本并介绍：Look！This is li Ming’s homework,this homework is good. 将作业本放到英语书旁边并说：li Ming’s homework is next to my English book.帮助学生明白“next to”表示的位置关系。

用多媒体课件出示更多表示相邻位置关系的事物，让学生介绍。如：The blue car is next to the red car. Fangfang is next to yuanyuan. (2)教师介绍对话情景。

T：Mike wants to give his homework to Miss white,but he doesn’t know where the the teachers’ office is.How does Mike find the teachers’

office? Let’s listen to the tape. (3)Listen to the tape and answer:Where’s the teachers’ office? (4)Listen to the tape again and repeat,pay attention to“Is this …? ”“ Yes it is./ No it isn’t.”. (5)Work in groups of four to act out the conversation,then ask several groups to role- play their conversations 2.Look,ask and answer. （1）教师出事情景图，请一位学生与自己示范读对话。然后男女生分角色读。讲解：“Classroom 3”指的是“三班”，与汉语的表达方式相反，其中“Classroom”的首字母要大写。

（2）学生同桌合作，替换对话中的关键词，然后请四组同学上讲台表演。

请几名学生表演，让其他学生通过声音的大小、位置的远近，快速用句型“This is…/That is …”说出是什么。(复习表示功能室的单词)。
