本册教材是按模块话题的设计来编写,一共有3个模块6个新授单元,再一个故事单元。Module:
Happy days chapter 1 Join our club, chapter 2 Rules in fun places, Module: We love Hong Kong chapter 3
Holidays plans in Hong Kong, chapter 4 A visit to Hong Kong Module:
chapter 5 Food from around the world, chapter 6
Ordering food. We love reading: Stories chapter 7 The Choc-a-Rock Banana-Rama Cake 每个单元都有A——G7个部分。AB部分是本单元的主要单词和功能句型。C部分是围绕单元情景并高频出现主要单词和功能句型的小故事,D部分是对这个故事理解的情况的小练习。E部分是任务的前期铺垫。F部分是按要求完成任务。G部分是语言的乐趣如儿歌,诗歌等。
本节课是Longman Welcome to English 4B四年级(下册)
一模块2单元的E部分。本单元的话题是:Rules in fun places. 在主题里是通过主题情景谈论在公园里会看到的警示语。本书的AB部分,已学过No + Ving和Don’+ V的警示语和主要的句子 You must…和You mustn’t….本课重点教授1,You must…和You mustn’t…;2,Why mustn’t we _____here? ;3,Because it’s dangerous./ Because it spoils _____. 学情分析
4年级的孩子已有一定词汇和句型积累,上口能力极强。同时对周围的标识也有印象。所以老师安排拓展排演各个公共场所的不文明行为,强调孩子们要遵守各规则,争做优秀小公民。
教学目标

Activity 1.Review the chant together. 跟着老师一起唱已知自编chant,做出相应的动作
T:Let’s review the chant together. Rules, rules tell us what to do. We mustn’t litter. We mustn’t spit. And we must follow the rules.
Activity 1.Introduce the assessment. T: I’ve got some rules here, who can read? Individuals read the rules one by one. T:If we follow all the rules, we can be good citizens. Here 1,2,3.If you are good, go one step, the winner can get the badge of a good citizen. 设计意图:复习chant活跃氛围。

Activity 1. Listen and find out (rules on noticeboard) 1)

Activity 3.Tell the difference between dangerous and spoil T: There are 2 main reasons why we have rules in the country park. One is so that people do not do dangerous things. The other one is so that people do not spoil the country park.
T shows examples then Ss take out pens finish the other four. Check answers together.
Activity 4. Talk together T: Four rules here. Choose any one to talk with your tablemates. Ss practice then show.

评价方式
本节课为E部分,通过本课学习学生能区分公共场所不安全的行为,有一定的安全意识。理解短语Don’t + V.在理解这些短语的意思后,学生能够根据生活经验,用主要的功能句来描述各个公共场所应该遵守的规则。描述的时候,还是尽量鼓励学生用完整的三句话描述,也可以为学困生降低难度,小组合作完成对话及chant,就算本课的新知已达成。
小组评价:遵守规则,争当好公民。
