Unit 3 In the future教学设计
德惠市松花江镇中心小学刘畅一、Teaching points:
Knowledge aims: 1. pronounce the key words correctly
eg: future, will, sand, exercise
2. understand modeled sentences talking about one’s future
Ability aims: learners can use modeled sentences to express their ideas about future life
Important and difficult aims: 1) the pronunciation of the new words 2) the usage of the future tense
“will” and “will not” = “won’t”
二、Teaching aids:
textbook, blackboard, tape, PPT
三、Teaching method:
pair work, task-based teaching method.
四、Teaching procedures:
Step 1: Greeting: greet students by saying “Good morning, students!”, and talk about the date.
Step 2: New class:
1.present some future pictures by PPT, and lead students to learn something about future. ask
students “What would you like to be in the future?”one by one, and then teach the new class.
2.introduce the teacher’s good friend Kitty, then introduce “now”and “in the future”,compare the different.
3.teach the future tense and “will +V原”and “won’t”
4.listen to the tape, repeat the content aloud and then find out the answers of the questions. Step 3: Practice: let students fill in the blanks and make sentences. eg: I will be a teacher.
I won’t wear glasses.
Step 4: Consolidation: do practice on the blackboard and fill in the blanks on the PPT.
Step 5: Summary: ask students to summarize the whole class by themselves.
Step 6: Homework: let students make five sentences about their future .
