一、概述

本课选自人民教育出版社出版的英语教科书六年级上册

Unit 6 How do you feel?中的Let’s talk部分。本节内容为一课时。

在本节课中，教师首先播放歌曲，由学生熟悉的歌曲导入到本节课中。学生将在教师的引导和讲解下了解本篇对话。最后学生将以角色扮演的形式来展示本节课所学到的知识。

Step 1

Lead-in.

A song will be given. It is called “If you’re happy,clap your hands”.

T: Do you know this song? Ss: Yes, of course. T: can you sing it? Ss:Yes, we can. T: Great! Let’s do it together.

Setting up this part is to attract students' attention and connect with the following content.

Step 2

Take turns to the essay T: Before you read this essay, you should pay attention to these questions. Show the questions.

Travelling T: We have learned some knowledge about the essay. Let’s have a summary. Check answers. In this part, a lot of pictures will be given in order to give the students a direct impression. So they can easily memorize their names and pictures. And the key points are coloured red. So they can notice the important knowledge. Step 3 Exercises.

Ss will do some exercises to test what they have studied.

In this part, Ss should work in pairs and have a heated discussion. Teacher will evaluate their behaviours

Step 4 Role play.

T: After learning all the essay, you should use the information in Part A to make up your own conversations. Before that, let’s listen to the tape. Try to imitate the intonation and pay attention to your pronunciation. Are you clear? Ss: Yes. Show the tape. T: Now I will give you five minutes to prepare your own conversations.

Please use the information in Part A. Let’s begin. According to the former knowledge, Ss should work in pairs and make up their own dialogues, and then act them out. During this part, they may develop the spirit of cooperation through their teamwork.
