Step1. Review the key points of SectionA together with students. And remind them to pay attention to the key points.

Step2. Lead to the new lesson. Stage2: Presentation

Step1. Instruct students to discuss how to reduce the traffic accidents and more sure they will be safe when ride on the road.

Step2. Listen to 1a, then answer some questions. Why did the bike accident happen? What’s Kangkang’s suggestion?

Step3.

Read 1a after the tape, and find out the adverbial clauses of condition and difficulties.

If we break the traffic rules, we will get a fine and even be in danger.

If we ride at night,we should have lights on the bicycle or wear light colored clothes. Step4. Present the traffic signs in 1b. Teach the new words. Let the studdents master “warn” and understand “crossing”. Step5. Let the studdents listen fill in the blanks or draw the traffic signs. Check the answers. Finish 1b. Stage 3 Consolidation
