学情分析

四年级学生活泼好动，喜欢尝试新事物.即好奇又好强，表现欲望强烈，学习英语的热情高涨。在教学过程中我依据他们的特点和实际水平，通过歌曲,问答,分角色表演等方式让学生更好地运用知识,使学生始终处于新奇,求知欲旺盛的一种状态. 三

教材分析

本课时是PEP人教版第一单元的第六课时，主要内容是Part C Story time.本单元主题为My school,这个话题学生非常熟悉，本课故事围绕河马老师的学校展开，主要情节是小动物们到学校参观，河马先生边回答小动物们的询问，也对学校的课室及位置进行介绍。在本课时通过故事的学习进一步复习巩固学校内课室，场馆，位置的单词以及在情景中运用句型Is this/that the.....?询问并回答是否是某个地方. 四

教学目标

知识目标:复习巩固本单元所学语言Is this/that .....?Yes,it is./No,it’s not .This is the... 2.

在图片的帮助下理解故事内容，并能朗读表演故事.

Step1 Warming-up 1.Greeting. 2.Sing an English song《My school》

1)学生和老师一起跟唱歌曲. 2)Answer this question: What is the song about? （设计意图：师生相互问候后齐唱英文歌曲,让学生在唱歌中进入学习状态,活跃课堂气氛,自然导入到本单元话题My school .）

Step2 Review T:The song is about school.We know,there are many rooms in a school.Look,this is our school,It’s big and beautiful.It has many rooms,too.What are they? Let's have a look.

Look and say 复习单词:teachers’office computer room art room library gym classroom 1.

Step3 Presentation T:Today,we will have a funny class.Because we will study an interesting story.Now.Let's listen and watch. 1.通过观看动画听对话，让学生感知故事

T:There are five animals in the story.Who are they? Watch again and answer:Where are they? They are in hippo’s________ (设计意图:通过看,听,回答让学生从整体上感知文本.从而对故事有整体印象) 2.1）Listen and read picture 2,3,4,5by themselves,then answer:What do they see in hippo’s school?
