Step 1 Warm up

Greetings : Good morning.

How are you?

W hat’s the weather like today?

Step 2

Presentation

1.

Present the desk and the teacher’s desk.

T: What’s this ? S: It’s a desk.

T: Touch it.

How does it feel? S: It’s hard.

Teach the new word “hard”

and ask students to spell it.

2.

Present a pillow.

T: What’s this? S: It’s a pillow.

T: Touch it.

Present a picture of a pineapple.

8. Let students find the rule.
