Step 1: Warm-up

(1)Greeting T: hello, boys and girls. How are you?

S: hello, Miss Huang. I’m…

T: What’s the weather like today?

S: It’s…

Step 2: Lead-in

sing a song: How’s the weather? 2.free talk：Think about the two questions and answer. 1.How many seasons are there in a year? 2.What are they?

Step 3 presentation

（1）Introduce our friend Agnes and tell Ss she likes travelling very much ,she goes to China to travel. Firstly, she travels to Beijing in winter. She wears a coat , hat, scarf, gloves and boots. Then teach Ss the new words by phonics and teach them the sentences: What does she wear in winter? She wears…in winter. （2）Let Ss guess where do Agnes go and then show them the place(Xi’an), teach Ss the new word:

raincoat and teach them the sentences: What does she wear in spring? She wears…in spring. （3） Let Ss guess where do Agnes go and then show them the place(Chimelong), teach Ss the new words:

T-shirt, shorts, sandals.

And

then teach them the sentences: What does she wear in summer? She wears…in summer. （4）Let Ss guess where do Agnes go and then show them the place(Qingdao), teach Ss the new words: jacket, sneakers and then teach them the sentences: What does she wear in autumn? She wears…in autumn.

Step 4 practice (1)Free talk Agnes can wear different clothes in different seasons. I wear a sweater, pants and boots in winter. So what about you? Invite Ss to answer T’s questions. Then teach Ss the new sentence: What do you wear in…? I wear…in…

（2）Group work

Ss ask their partners one by one (What do you wear in…? I wear…in…) ( 3 ) Show time Give each group a nonwoven vest, Ss finish the vest by cooperation. And then invite them to show in front of the blackboard.

五、Homework：

Make a little book about the four seasons ,the weather , the clothes you wear in different seasons and then show us next class.
