【课题】Unit3 At the zoo 【教学内容】

1、听、说、认读单词 big, small, long 和 short。

2、听懂、会说句型“It's has...”

3、能在生活中准确熟练的运用本课句型进行会话和日常交际。

【学习目标】

1、在完成A部分的学习基础上，继续学习形容词，包括：big,small,long和short,学习使用“It's has...”句型来介绍动物。并能在生活中适当灵活的运用。

2、通过游戏活动，巩固本单元A、B部分Let's talk的对话内容，对于A、B部分Let's learn的单词进行运用。

【学习重点】

1、听、说、认读单词 big, small, long 和 short。

2、听懂、会说句型“It's has...”

【学习难点】

1、利用所学形容词熟练自如地描述各种动物。

2、能在生活中准确熟练的运用本课句型进行会话和日常交际。

Step I ：Warm-up 1、Greeting. 2、Free talk: Today we are going to learn unit 3 “At the zoo”.Read after

3、Practice “Let's do”together. Step II: Revision：

1、Review the words:small,big,short,long. 2、T:（桌子上摆放放着一些玩偶）There are many animals in the zoo.Look!What animals can you see? S: I can see a duck/dog/cat/monkey/panda/rabbit! T: （手拿一大一小两个熊猫玩偶）Look at this panda,it’s big.And this one... Ss:This panda is small. T: Look at this monkey! Ss:It has long arms and a long tail. T: What’s this?（PPT展示大象）

S: It’s an elephant. T: Is it big? S: Yes,It’s so big! Step III：Presentation: 1、Teach the new dialogue. 2、T: Look at the elephant.It’s so big. Look at its nose. It’s long.（配合手势和肢体语言，理解long的含义）

Ss:Wow! It’s so long! T: Yes, It has a long nose.Look at its tail.Is it long,too?

Ss:No,it isn’t.It’s short. T: Yes,It has a long nose and a short tail. 3、板书短语a long nose和a short tail并领读。

4、T: Look at its eyes.Are they big or small? Ss:Small. T: It has small eyes.Look at its ears.Are they small,too? Ss:No.They are so big! T: Yes!It has small eyes and big ears. 5、板书短语small eyes和big ears并领读。

6、Read the four phrases one by one. 7、播放Let's talk部分视频，试着小声跟读。

8、跟读课文，分角色表演。

Step IV：Practice：

1、Let's order the sentences in your workbook. 2、Practice the dialogue with your partner. 3、Play a game:Make a monster! Step V : Sum-up 1、Words：small big short long 2、Sentences: Look at ... It has ... Step V : Homework: 1、Read the dialogue. 2、Try to make a dialogue to introduce your puppet.
