Step 1 Warming up.

T; Hello,boys and girls. Today I’m your new English teacher. Look at the screen. What can you see in the picture ?

Ss:(PPT) I can see two ducks, some flowers,some butterflies and a boat. (借助第一张幻灯片,让学生大胆开口说英语,创设一种和谐的英语学习氛围,消除学生与教师之间的陌生感)

T: What else can you see ? Can you see the title “Unit5 Seasons”?

Step 2 Presentation and practice.

1.(PPT) T:How many seasons are there in a year ?

Ss: Four.

T: Do you know what they are ? You can speak in Chinese. Ss:春,夏,秋,冬

T:Yes, you are right. Now let’s look at some pictures .Guess,what season is it ?
